Subscription terms

Plain-English terms for paid subscriptions to Western Canada Projects. By subscribing you agree to them.

Who we are

Western Canada Projects is operated by Macsson Ltd, a company in Alberta, Canada. Contact: editor@westerncanadaprojects.com.

What you get

The plan you choose on pricing: the monthly reports (PDF) and the subscriber tools described there. A Team licence covers the named readers on your order, up to 10.

Payment and automatic renewal

Individual plans are billed by Stripe, monthly (C$39) or yearly (C$299), in Canadian dollars, plus any applicable tax. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect on your plan.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account or the link in any email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds are at our discretion.

Using the reports

Reports are for you (or, on a Team licence, your named readers) to use in your work. You may quote short passages with credit. Please do not resell, republish or share the PDFs or data files outside your licence.

Accuracy

We research from public primary sources and link them, and we fix confirmed errors (see our corrections log). Projects change quickly, so check the source before you rely on a figure for a bid or investment decision.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to subscribers before they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
